If you follow "new age thinkers path to Oneness" (form of religion), you shall know separation, and not unity. Oneness is the folding of light and dark, heaven and earth, love and hate. Not once does he (new age writer) use the word prayer or blessings. There are physical ramifications to our actions, even prayer. Beware, when you do not use the blessing. Purification of space and bringing others home from the darkness, means you walk towards other's hearts, by helping them in a physical way. If you send love and light without prayer and blessings (cleansing impure with fire and water), no physical action of healing takes place. It is the unity of light and dark, which will bring us home. Take action, enter brotherhood in your daily lives. Care about others both in your heart and your flesh. The embrace of your fellow man, heals (sacredness). Validate other's needs. GOD means ONENESS!
ow: Since the dawn of the mists of time, your immortal soul has had one great urge, and that is to reunite with the spiritual source from which you came.
cw: Well I think it's the opposite, but he is looking at the reflection upon the blue lake of Earth. Since the dawn of time, our immortal soul has one big urge, that is to walk down below, in the Gardens of Paradise.
ow: Along the way, you have realized that this means reaching out in spiritual service to humankind. Along the way, you have sensed that this giving of spiritual service is the very action which leads you along the pathway back to that from which you came.
cw: Again, it's a realization of reaching out in physical service of brotherhood. The path which you came is from heaven, however it's the path to earth, which brings you back to your eternal soul.
ow: By becoming your brother's keeper in a spiritual way, you become more at one with all people and the source from which we all came. Through service to others, you also serve your own spiritual development.
cw: Alright, this comment I can agree, however, it's important to take care of others, whether physically or spiritually. It is the united path of integration, that makes a person develop and become happy. These persons can stand their ground on the law of love. But this new age writer is very vague, not even explaining what spiritual means. We are moving from religion to spiritual beings, which means it's an integration, rather than this or that or she is right or he is right or opposition and exclusion (separation). New age thinkers tend to act like religion, rather than integrating with heaven and earth. Unity is not exclusion, but rather inclusion of all life forms, we know of or not. Spiritual development comes from others holding our hands, in the physical world. And if you exclude the physical world, we hold no spirituality. Let us walk united, with heaven and earth, soul and flesh, hand in hand.
ow: By loving and healing them through the use of spiritual energy, you help the spiritually blind to see the light within, you help the spiritually deaf to hear the whisperings of their souls, and you help the spiritually numb to revitalize their connection with God.
cw: This statement is vague, but sounds nice, like most advertising of the new age and generally speaking on our television sets. All life has a spiritual resonance or biophotonic pulse or even electromagnetism. Regardless of what you call it, life blossoms there. You cannot heal one to see the light from within. You can only lead them towards themselves. A light from within, comes when a seeker journeys along the path of enlightenment of self discovery regardless if others join him or her. But it's sure nice to hold hands and have support of others who are true. But where are the Rainbow Warriors of Prophecy?
cw: If you want to help a person who is spiritually numb, show up and fill them up with love. Care about them with physical energy, which carries spiritual energy. There is no separation. If a man is without (empty, alone), then make him with (filled up, together). Using spiritual energy is using love, which starts in the heart. But this "spiritual energy" can be confusing, since we have many extrasensory skills arising in our evolving world. We must be careful in talking about generality, and be more simple or basic, rather than saying, "spiritual energy" which lies in everything as sacred.
ow: By sending them your love, by sending them your light, by helping them with this precious, spiritual energy of love and light, you heal their hearts, you heal their spirits, you heal their long-suffering souls, and you help them back onto the one great path back to Source, which we all yearn to tread.
cw: I think that I would sum up this paragraph as "sending prayer" to others. Sending light is not always the answer, because heaven is all darkness and if you want heaven, then a blessing makes pureness out of all light (light and dark, rainbow colors). Blessing the space, by gifting the prayer, is a better solution rather than sending light.
cw: Remembering our soul, it's heaven and darkness, is a natural progression in evolution, however, since we have had a whole phase of evolution without our souls recognition, we tend to think always in light (physical realm of earth), rather than feeling in the dark (spiritual realm of heaven). Heaven embraces (heart) and reverberates and earth is on a mission and to create.
cw: Also think "uniting to our soul, through recognition" brings us closer to heaven, rather than yearning to tread back to source or heaven. We are learning to bring our Heaven (soul), back home to Earth (flesh). When we bring heaven home within, our earth looks into the darkness and shines, reflects off a body of water (wind from tears, our heart's fears, now joy will fill our eyes), to shine the light, that you are, "the most spectacular wonderful affair".
ow: That path is the road to reconnection to the Spirit within. That path is the one which brings you into conscious contact with the light within. That path is the reason you are here, the reason you chose to be born into a world where people feel disconnected from that very Source.
cw: I am sorry but what path? A spiritual path? And what does that mean today? I think he is saying that a path of spiritual service to others will reconnect you to the spirit within. And I say, that a path of community service for others (serving physically) will reconnect you to your spirit within or soul body. Unite both worlds (red and blue) and make them one (yellow) to someday rise to be a star (white).
ow: The details of how that path unfolds are unique for every individual. We all tread this path in our own way to reach the common goal of reconnection with the flame of the Spirit which shines within our hearts.
cw: I feel divided from his words. It sounds like double talk. If one is individual how do we have common goals? He is really lost in his understanding. I would say this is a path of the blind leading the blind. He looks at the reflection of light (looking into a mirror) rather than in the darkness, and he says, "I see the light". This is a common mistake when discussing issues of heaven and earth. WE are all unique and perfect. WE are part of the circle of Oneness of God. And we are in this transition between evolutionary periods, which guides us towards the inner numinosity of our soul. And like which is said above, "shines in our hearts", by being a contribution to our community.
ow: It is this flame which silently beckons us on. It is this flame which lights the darkness in a world of great suffering. It is this flame which connects our souls to the one Source of all things.
cw: Again, I walk and talk truth. Our writer walks and talks reflection. This is not uncommon. The viewpoint of a light is generated from earth's perspective. The viewpoint of darkness is generated from heaven's perspective. I feel the flame as an external light (rainbow colors our holy temple), which protects and conceals an internal light (numinous soul). We look into the darkness with the physical world of light. This looking and recognition grows brighter and illuminates more and more as we take an inner voyage. Only birth of a new child physical (beginning of light) can create a flame or light waves for our soul to journey with. Again the soul is encased by the four sacred directions of light (rainbow colors) of the flesh (buffalo home or holy temple).
ow: When you go into the silence of meditation, even for a few moments, remember to end your session by helping the world. Dedicate your love and your light to world peace and freedom, then send this out from your heart into a world that desperately needs energy in a spiritual form.
cw: Everything is spiritual, and thus has a spiritual form. Yes, prayer is the answer to help others in a spiritual way. However, this prayer should be at least done hourly. Space (light and dark) which is folding needs blessings to stay safe. Without blessings, forms of perfection start to deconstruct. It is a blessing that heals the rainbow colors of your house (four directions with you, rainbow colors). Dedication of love is done with service to others, whether with prayer or with your flesh. Sending light, again, is not pureness and I have to often correct the situation with blessings rather than light. Light needs a blessing. It is a blessing that is pure not light. We are becoming beings of light or rather, we are recognizing ourselves, and getting in touch with our inner world of soul (numinosity, darkness), which hides in the shadows of your light (luminosity). I know many people think that sending light is the answer, but sending prayer is the answer to solve impure or a house that is falling down. We want to pick people up (warrior down) and bring them home. Sending light can make others feel more ill, rather than feeling better. Please send prayers and blessings instead to heal the world.
cw: Freedom is a condition that is contingent on persons standing their ground with righteousness, not with prayer. If we cannot act the way we talk, we have not united with our soul. Freedom comes from action in the flesh, from rainbow warriors of prophecy. You want freedom, then you bless constantly and forgive and stand up for what is right. Don't stand up, then how does anyone think they are going to know Freedom? I know many new age writers talk this way, on the verge of evolutionary change, and this is what most will say. But walking the talk, that is a Warrior who knows the way of a dream, the united soul and flesh (walk talk, wakan tankan, the great spirit within) leads the way, the golden path of brotherhood.
cw: Teaching others to walk the talk are the Native Peoples, for it's the red man (one who knows the way of loving actions) who assists with ceremony and transition into heavenly existence on the Red Road (the law of love upon the physical world, Mother Earth).
ow: Life energy is everywhere. Spiritually-conditioned life energy is in short supply because few people take the time to condition it with their intentions and send it out to heal the world.
cw: Energy is everywhere, yes. And I agree that we need create new habits in order to change into evolutionary beings of unity and brotherhood. But these changes only occur if we help one another. Being alone is simply being alone, and it will take the gathering (folding together) to keep us safe. By the way, all life is spiritual. This is God or Oneness. Just because we don't realize who we are yet, does not exclude Oneness, God or all things being Spiritual.
ow: Once you condition the energy of life with love and light and send it out to the world, it reverberates within the global mind atmosphere of humanity, healing and uplifting many people.
cw: Love yes, prayer yes, but don't send light, because it simply isn't pureness, nor a blessing. Light which is impure, will send havoc all over world. Bringing further destruction to the world. Now this may well be part of evolutionary change. But those who walk the path of the seeker, will lean towards the blessings and prayer, knowing this is the safety zone of the soul and flesh. Healing and uplifting people, means you are out there doing such with your body (embracing others in the physical world), in the world we live in, the garden of paradise, when we open our hearts.
ow: Its higher frequency imbues it with enormous power relative to the regular, everyday thoughts of humankind. The power of spiritual energy is such that it affects, not one, but hundreds of people at the same time.
cw: Higher frequencies are forms of light waves. These tend to be heavenly bodies rather than our physical ones. And many are listening. However, let us get real. Power comes from knowing one self and trusting this eternal knowledge. This means one blesses, prays, helps others and does this on a path of always (blessing each hour). Getting power from sending spiritual energy, this is not likely and obsolete. We need take action with our lives, guided by our soul. Most of the world, trust their intelligence, rather than their heart. And if we continue to trust our intelligence, like this article (new age ideas) I am responding to, then we are not going to be able to save our relatives. It takes an active participation in a community not mere words. We belong together with our inner world and our outer world. This is the unity we are learning to become.
cw: I know when I take a spirit walk, it tends to affect the relative space, and those within it. However, it simply doesn't affect the whole world. It sounds nice, but we need realize, that we all need be part of change. And folding light and dark together is the blessing, that provide us with a safe holy house, our holy temple, the buffalo home with four directions of rainbow colors, that protects our eternal soul. Blessings keep us safe. And the more and more others start to bless, the world will know safety. We are all part of evolution, and those who learn to walk the sacred waves, will know life in the new age of enlightenment. Others will simply be reborn, when their time comes and bodies are available.
cw: The advantage is to become relatives to all you meet and greet, with blessings. Those who cannot receive the blessing, will simply walk away, from fear. Keep your blessings alive and be safe. "I bless myself, I bless you, I bless relative space" Fitness is the folding of physical and emotional, it's the unity of life, that makes us spiritual. Always helping and assisting others to the best they can bee (the impossible dream unfolds). Compassion and service for others, before you think of yourself. Right now it's greed and selfishness that destroys the world. But destruction is the wave of evolution, the third phase of time. Welcome to the dawning of your dreams that unfold. One must learn to walk with faith, trusting our soul and the dreams of others too. Uniting rather than separating from or even heading some where. We are home and it depends on us, to bless the world. Teach others to bless their own space and their relative space.
ow: Every time you send out love and light in dedication to world peace and freedom for all, you help hundreds of people to see life and its possibilities from a higher perspective.
cw: This sentence above sounds good, like many new age thinkers and advertisers proclaim. A higher consciousness comes from within, a seeker looks within, not without. It is once, one finds his/her soul, and starts to illuminate from outward towards the inner world, then one is able to walk the path to brotherhood. Higher or lower matters not, with the eternal circle of life. Up or down is a perspective (direction light waves travel), not a destination. Evolution calls to all beings right now, rather than to love and light. Love is an action, but above it's pretty vague at what he is saying. Light is a path left to us by the Fire (sun). Light is a path left to us by the Water (rivers, oceans, wind). However light radiates dark colors as well as bright colors. These are the Rainbow Colors which we all wear.
cw: I know this statement above sounds nice, however it simply does get the benefits this person is claiming. Again freedom comes from action, brotherhood action or one who can stand their ground with righteousness. This will start with woman, who brings law of love into the next phase of evolution. Pray for woman, to learn to stand her ground, even with her life. This and only this action will create a better world for all peoples and beings upon Mother Earth. Great Spirit Mother is on her way to reign. Law is love, not pretty words.
cw: There is a saying, "think globally, act locally ". This tells us to act relative to our space. The people around us as well as all life forms, which means every single thing you see with your eyes, is relative to your space. Bless the relative space and beings within this space, where your physical eyes can see. This in turn is done by the rest of humanity, to create a global reaction or evolutionary change.
cw: Help hundreds of people, bless the space you are in, every hour of every day, for the rest of your life, until you are blessing everywhere you go. This will save the world, nothing else will. It is the law of love, that binds us together, whether light or dark. And everything you don't like, is part of heaven, the great lesson of love. When we learn this, we know, we walk straight into another's heart. And thus we do not walk away, but stand our ground where we place our feet. It's called the Red Road, the law of love, for this reason.
ow: When you intentionally heal the world in this way (send out love and light), you help many people who are not yet consciously aware of how to raise themselves up spiritually. These are people who are relying upon the enlightened vision of people like you, so that they may be helped in taking the next step into higher consciousness. So that they may be comforted and healed. So that they may gain their own conscious inner reconnection to the one Spirit from which they once came, so long ago, in the mists of time.

cw: There is much repetition in this article, much like heavenly behavior, however if you follow his instructions, we simply won't heal the world. Bless your space and save your relatives, with action. Care about others. Show you love them, rather than saying it. There are many sacred books in the world, but most of us don't even take heed to their warnings that are proclaimed. We are meant to love thy neighbor as thy self. How does one send love and light, without caring for the neighbor? A person only needs to learn the path to unity through blessing, seeking and standing your ground. Protecting your neighbor does not mean sending impure light, but by blessings all light whether it be light or darkness. Heaven comes home, when all evil has been invited back into the arms of the pure with compassion. Teaching the evil of the world, that blessings shall shed all their sins, not sending love (non-action) and light. "Sending love is good, when it's part of prayers and blessings. Not when you are broadcasting your wonderful intentions or gloating", says Holiness David Running Eagle. And when your neighbor needs you, you don't wait for them to ask, you go over and offer your services, heart and actions of blessing space. Teaching neighbors and friends to bless space, brings us closer to unity, when blessings are done around the world.
In North America most people are simply afraid of blessings, because LOVE and LIGHT is not pure, they can walk along this path. But they won't be saved. They will continue to walk alone in their hearts. Bless the relative and gift your compassion. Also, the word love is not really understood. We have so many different explanations of what it means. Love is service to another, before thy self. This sharing is an exchange. This exchange is LOVE, giving and receiving. And mostly LOVE is a LAW. For those who do not adhere to this law of exchange of two hearts, whether broken or not, shall perish and be born again, into a new time. Those who walk the LAW of LOVE, the red road, will carry the dream of brotherhood, where sisterhood rules. WE belong to each other. Forgiveness is the path to enlightenment. Start here (forgiveness), because sending love and light, will not heal others, but ensnare them with tangled web of deception instead.
And the most important change you can make in your world, is to bless your relative space and all that lies within this space. Forgiveness and blessings, will heal the world and bring all closer to the law of love (exchange). God is Oneness, we all are part of this spiritual realm. We do not need seek this, since we are part of this. It is a realization, that brings us enlightenment.

What is a Blessing?
Grandmother Going Places asks: What about when we say after the fact, "What a blessing", that we did some how divert (separate from) danger.
White Buffalo Calf Woman answers: This is without participation. We relied on others to carry out the plan. But if we blessed and protected us (ourselves and others), then we are in participation of the plan. We advert (to ward off or prevent) danger before hand. When we bless our space, whether our homes or our vehicles of transportation, we prevent danger from taking place. But if we don't bless our space, then we enter impure space, where anything could happen to our place, the sacred reflection of an ill face (we twin others who are near us, whether good or bad).

White Buffalo Calf Woman : If we flee to sacred space, where blessings adverted danger before the break (out), then we are more apt to be safe, rather than risking our nest (a place without purification or our safe place). It's important to be a part of walking together as One, where all parts work together, to bless and keep space safe. If we bless our space around us, impure beings don't want to come near us (avoiding collisions of light and dark of impure space of others). They think and unknowingly walk away, not realizing that they entered sacred space (fearing the worse, purification of fire, which burns the impure and leaves behind the pureness of your heart). It's safety we seek within, the spiritual, who seeks to be without sin. But those who are on the rampage, seek sin to awake (to feel anything, because they have gotten numb from pain. They have not forgiven others). They collide with space because they hate, not realizing how forgiveness would keep them safe. Light of earth, thinks it knows the waves, when it projects a distant course. But when dark of heaven, lies in the valleys, we ponder do we enter there. The impure hide there, but blessings relieve fear, where the impure just run away, seeking out another place to play (with other impure who hate and hide away).
Grandmother Going Places: Blessings with a sneeze, comes when we stop our heartbeat. This is how it all started.
White Buffalo Calf Woman : Yes, between the breath of in and out, we enter the land of twix, the place where it seems our heartbeat stops and has a grace (period or rest or reflection of other or self). We are part of all that comes between, the bridge between the earth of light (realm of flesh) and that of heavenly flight (realm of the soul). This is the representation of heaven and earth, the bridge over towards new realms. Here the shore, does bloom and grow, when we travel to and fro (this is the crooked path, like the snake that curves around space, the path of the numinous flow, the sacred embrace of lights-luminosity. this is the to and fro, the natural path a woman knows, a heart, that feels, what is right and wrong, the soul does hear). There the land is sacred, whether it be light or dark, yet this is the space, where we do bow down with grace, not deny space (grandmother space). Space is our living lands, within our dreams we do behold. The light offers us light to flow, the flight given to the soul. The dark offers us the heartbeat, the feeling of the sacred winds, where water flow like tears, to feel and to grieve, to embrace all that grows.

Sacred Song Blessings, gift all a good song, because you are perfect in all that does song. Our hearts reach into heaven, and we flood, with a sound, the music of Angels, that gift us pure sound. I want you to know, that you are part of God, the echo, that lingers till light hits the "Dawn". And we are the magic, that children who know, the heart always has pureness, like the blessed snow! 
Teaching others about Love and Blessings means we are attempting to live "The Right Way of Higher Truths". Consciousness is a seed, what we think is what we offer others. Our seeds of anger and despair offers fear and separation. But if we offer seeds of understanding and compassion, then we know we are full of wisdom, forgiveness and mostly truth to the Laws of God. "Be good to one another and love one another". Being kind is more than words, it is action of our flesh, when we plant the seeds of LOVE to all. Let us teach this to all our relatives, kinsmen of the world. The House of David comes home to you, when you remember the heart of love, you become the BELOVED lambs, who shall set them free."
Doesn't shining light on something make it hotter, not colder? 
Shining light on your hand makes it get hotter because the light is absorbed and turns into heat. The trick to making atoms colder is to make the light bounce off of them.In fact, it bounces off with more energy than when it hits the atoms. 
That sounds like quite a trick. 
It is. It took physicists quite a while to figure out how to do it. (
When the photons are bouncing off the atom, the electron in the atom is absorbing the photon and jumping up to a higher level, and then it quickly jumps back down and spits the photon back out. 
Didn't we learn that you need to have exactly the right color of light to make an atom do that?
